Special terms and conditions for trainings in Switzerland

These Special Terms and Conditions for trainings in Switzerland supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Laserworld (Switzerland) AG when trainings, seminars or courses are booked.

§1 Booking
The booking of participation in a training offer is binding.

§2 Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the registration, cancellation fees of 20% of the training fee will be charged. 
If the registration is cancelled at least 10 days before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the training fee will be charged.
In case of non-appearance on the day of the event without prior cancellation, the full training fee will be due.

§3 Failure, cancellation of the appointment
If the minimum number of participants for a planned date is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel it up to 5 days before the start of the event. In this case, the participation fees will be refunded.

§4 Participation without registration

Participation in a training offer without timely prior written registration is not possible. The training manager is free to exclude persons who have not registered from participating in the training.

Participants who take part in a training without prior registration (tolerated or approved by the training manager) will be charged a processing surcharge of CHF 300 in addition to the last-minute training fees.
